General Information
The GIOC Homeowners Association represents 65 homes within the complex providing homeowners with services such as landscaping, trash removal, snow plowing, overall maintenance of the complex and insurance coverage. A Board of Directors, elected by members at the Association’s annual meeting, includes five to seven members who oversee the Association’s operations. Homeowner Association meetings are held twice a year, the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and the Saturday of Columbus Day weekend each year.
